I designed a controlled flow governed by a single production order, from warehouse weighing through filling and CIP/SIP. I led the BAYKON, SAP S/4HANA EWM/PP, and recipe-automation integration from feasibility to validated release. The project received a Golden Mortar Award in 2022.

Neuroval brings quality, validation, and localization together in one AI-enabled industry solution. As Co-Founder, I shaped its regulated-industry model around GAMP classification, risk-based protocols, controlled evidence, and report-ready outputs.

I adapted a Brevetti CEA ampoule and CCIT line for vial-format CoronaVac without compromising inspection reliability. The scope covered recipe changes, parameter optimization, qualification, documentation, and GMP validation.

I commissioned the HGA module on a Brevetti CEA A50 and configured laser-based CCIT together with vision algorithms for lyophilized cake integrity and cosmetic defects. National Instruments cRIO configuration stabilized the laser emitter and receiver chain, enabling 100% inspection for more than ten lyophilized products.

I reduced false rejects while maintaining confidence in defect detection. Product-specific imaging, sensitivity, reject logic, and verification parameters were optimized to improve inspection precision and process robustness.

I contributed to a digital-twin pre-feasibility study connecting MES, OEE, TPM, equipment performance, and AI through a shared data model and business case. The work identified practical opportunities to increase productivity, reduce downtime, and improve maintenance.

I modernized particle monitoring in Grade A (ISO 5) and Grade B (ISO 5 at rest / ISO 7 in operation) areas with Apex R5 and LMS Express. I led the complete lifecycle, including investment, qualification, CSV, training, remote access, and phase two in the new aseptic area.

I led qualification and CSV for single- and triple-chamber LVP formats on the Plümat FFS 3000 / SFC-Port line. Working with Plümat, I translated complaint findings into stronger process and software controls to improve repeatability and finished-product quality.

I designed the feasibility and infrastructure for a Honeywell BMS architecture that switches between 100% fresh air for high-potency biosimilars and an 80/20 mode for standard production. The design protects pressure relationships, containment, and traceability throughout each transition.

I designed a web application that gives IT Workplace and Finance one clear view of CAPEX and purchase-order tracking. Dashboards, filters, KPIs, and transparent status history make budget position, ownership, and next steps easier to manage.

I built a SharePoint and Power Automate workflow that connects equipment records, owners, notifications, reminders, and delivery confirmation from arrival to pickup. The solution reduces manual follow-up and keeps the process timely and traceable.

I developed a Python, OpenCV, and MediaPipe mobile-robot prototype that detects a person in real time and translates positional data into responsive movement. The result demonstrates a complete path from camera input to motion control.
